Inside Sales Representative - Multiple Locations

Inside Sales Representative - Positions can be filled in:
San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Chicago, Indianapolis or Remote

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for phone-based and web lead management to obtain opportunities for field Sales Executives.

In addition, you will be responsible for fulfilling the following:
* Consistently meeting or exceeding established targets for call volume, contact and lead touches, continued nurturing and follow up
* Calling prospective customers in designated market areas to qualify leads and explain services offered and create persuasive opportunities
* Tracking all relevant sales activity using SalesForce.com (including calls, prospect pipeline, lead management, account notes, etc.)
* Generating regular reports demonstrating target attainment and lead lifecycle
* Following up on active Leads
* Providing collateral fulfillment


To qualify, you must possess a positive attitude and be adept at qualification/consultative selling, initiating prospect calls and establishing rapport with Human Resources professionals (VP, Dir., Mgr.) and Procurement, on occasion, early in the sales cycle and possess the following:
* A minimum of 3-5 years telemarketing or comparable inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment, selling Talent Management Solutions, Media Sales, HR Consulting, or Recruitment Services. Previous sales experience with Human Resources services such as: benefits, payroll, advertising and recruitment communications marketing a plus.
* Demonstrable phone-based selling skills
* Proven performance
* Superior communication skills and customer service skills
* Ability to listen and assimilate information
* Excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in MS Office, Internet searching and SalesForce.com CRM or something of similar caliber
* Bachelor's Degree, preferable
