Associate Digital Media Planner/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and savvy individual for the position of Associate Digital Media Planner/Project Manager to join our busy Digital Media group. In this challenging position, you will work with the account service teams to develop and implement complex digital media plans.

The role of the Digital Media Planner is a broad one and will give you exposure to all functions within Media - research & strategy, negotiation, ad serving & implementation, and analysis. The types of plans and budgets you will work with will vary greatly, and you'll gain experience with all different digital media (search, display, wireless, etc). The successful candidate will have a passion for digital advertising and an insatiable desire to learn and explore emerging trends.


Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic digital media plans.
* Consult with branch creative teams on campaign elements, including banners, email, rich media, search marketing, wireless and more.
* Coordinate negotiations with media vendors.
* Coordinate and participate in the ad trafficking process, which may include generating tags, QAing tags, and troubleshooting issues with media vendors.
* Manage the process of placing conversion tags on client sites.
* Analyze campaign reports and proactively optimize campaign performance.
* Maintain expert knowledge of digital media and contribute to agency education and knowledge sharing.


Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree with interest or emphasis in marketing, advertising, psychology or related fields
* Minimum of 2 years online/digital/interactive advertising experience required
* Excellent project management skills.
* Superior Microsoft Excel capabilities.
* Experience with ad serving technologies is required (Atlas DMT, DART, Bluestreak, Eyeblaster).
* Knowledge of basic HTML and FTP technologies, is required.
* Experience managing and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns.
* Experience with emerging advertising media, such as wireless, social networking, word-of-mouth, Bluetooth, etc.
* Ability to manage, collect and integrate online advertising reporting data from multiple sources, to include web analytics, ad-servers, and other sources.
* Ability to work with clients at all different levels.
* Advertising trafficking experience, comprehensive knowledge of online creative specifications.
