Account Manager, Digital Solutions
Join us at Bernard Hodes Group in McLean, VA, the global company with a singular focus: human resources communication solutions. We are seeking an Account Manager, Digital Solutions to be responsible for:
* Provide leadership for internal project teams
* Provide strategic consulting and thought leadership, provide client with innovative digital solutions from internal teams
* Interpret client feedback, troubleshoot client issues, and offer solutions to client and internal teams
* Participate and/or lead client presentations
* Operate as a primary client contact, leading strategic and tactical online planning activities
* Act as client advocate internally as well as the agency's advocate to clients
*Set realistic client expectations and make every effort to exceed them
*Work with a talented group of Project Managers to maintain project status, budgets and develop Statements of Work and proposal documents
* In cooperation with Digital Strategists, assist write Creative Briefs, Statements of Work and Proposal documents
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, 2 of which must be within a digital agency environment
* Experience leading online marketing strategic initiatives, e-mail marketing, and digital creative development/branding
* Demonstrated ability in developing and successfully executing plans for digital projects including an ability to oversee projects from conception to completion
* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors
* Solid communication/presentation skills
* Preferred but not required: experience in large-scale website development, proven knowledge of creative pre-testing as well as ongoing creative testing, measurement and optimization, quality assurance.
